Handmade in Bali by small family producers using natural and beach-inspired materials.
Made with a cheerful mixture of driftwood, Capiz shell, coconut shell and hand-carved wooden details.
The Capiz pieces create a light, gentle tinkling sound as they move in the breeze – relaxing rather than loudly chiming away.
A wonderfully varied collection featuring fish, turtles, dolphins, hearts, stars, leaves and colourful coastal designs.
Suitable for hanging in the home, conservatory or a sheltered outdoor space.
Easy to merchandise – simply hang a few together to create an eye-catching display with movement, colour and sound.
A natural fit for gift shops, seaside stores, garden centres, bohemian interiors and anyone selling coastal or Bali-inspired home décor.
Each piece has its own handmade character, with small variations in the wood, shell and finish adding to the charm.
A good range of sizes and price points, making them suitable for impulse gifts as well as more substantial statement pieces.
Get your tills chiming too – a bright, decorative range that practically sells itself once it is hanging on display.
Bring a little sunshine and coastal character into your shop with this colourful collection of handmade decorative chimes.
Created using a mixture of Capiz shell, coconut shell and shaped wooden pieces, each design has its own personality. Fish, turtles, dolphins, stars and other seaside-inspired shapes make the range especially well suited to gift shops, garden centres and relaxed bohemian interiors.
Capiz shell also has a rather lovely history. For centuries, its naturally translucent surface was used in traditional Philippine windows, allowing soft daylight into homes and churches (see right) before ordinary glass became widely affordable. Today, it continues to be used in lamps, decorations and artisan crafts across Southeast Asia.
The lightweight shell pieces move gently in the air and create a soft, delicate tinkling sound. They are decorative enough to brighten a room even when there is no breeze, but really come to life when hung where they can move naturally.
Display several designs together to create an eye-catching feature filled with colour, movement and gentle sound. They work particularly well near a window, in a conservatory, under a covered veranda or as part of a summer-themed shop display.
As these items are handmade from natural materials, small differences in colour, shape and finish are completely normal. No two will be exactly alike – which, let’s be honest, is much nicer than everything looking as though it came out of the same plastic mould.
For longer life, we recommend displaying them indoors or in a sheltered outdoor position, protected from heavy rain and extreme weather.
