We are always delighted to supply customers around the world and endeavor to make the process as simple as possible. Our products are often extremely well received outside the Slovak Distribution Centre with customers ordering on a regular basis. Please, find your country by zone and then go to the relevant table:

Europe and Rest of the World

As a big welcome, we are pleased to give you 10% discount for your first order over 150 € (before VAT and shipping) and our existing customers can become Gold Reward Members which allows them to buy our products with huge discounts.

To cover administrative, picking and packing costs a charge of 5€ + VAT is made on orders of less than 50€ + VAT. 

NB: If due to size/weight the order needs to be packed on a pallet, You may be charged extra shipping for the pallet freight (air freight included).

*Shipping to Ukraine

We are shipping to Ukraine via Nova Post and delivery usually takes between 3-4 days.

Customs and Import Duties in Ukraine 

VAT: All imported goods are subject to 20% VAT, even if their value is below €150 (collected on point of customs)
Customs Duty:
Goods below €150 → No customs duty, but 20% VAT applies.
Goods above €150 → Subject to both 20% VAT and customs duty (depending on product category).

Nova Post will collect the VAT and duty from the customer before delivery.

Shipping Dangerous Goods to EU and beyond

Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods (Pure Essential oils or products contains alcohol such are Aroma Mists or Perfumes). In order to dispatch those items we had to undertake many trainings about packaging and shipping those goods to comply with Government Import & Export Safety regulations. We can confirm that we are able to ship dangerous goods by road transport. We would advise against choosing such a products to Ukraine. Please note that if the goods are shipped via air freight, there may be some restrictions. Contact us at contact@awgifts.eu for more information.

Good to know before you place your export orders

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order for export orders, but it is unlikely that orders of less than 150€  are cost effective.

Payments

Payments are in euro € and we accept all major credit or debit cards and also payments by PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.

VAT

All prices quoted throughout this site are excluding VAT.

EEC customers who, at the time of ordering, provide a valid VAT / EEC Trade Number will not be liable to pay the VAT of the EU Member State of final arrival of the goods.

If a VAT / EEC Trade Number is not provided then the VAT of the EU Member State of final arrival of the goods is charged. You will notice, if ordering online, a box for inputting your tax id number. Please, note you may have to pay your countries Customs duty on receipt of the goods.

Premium Dispatch

A faster dispatch service is available on orders at an extra cost of €7.50 + VAT per order. The option for a Premium Dispatch is present in the shopping cart and when clicked, the charge will be applied to the order. Premium dispatch means that the order will be shipped from our warehouse in Slovakia on the same business day if it is submitted and paid for in full by 12pm on that business day. Orders placed after 12pm with premium dispatch option selected will be shipped the next working day. If the order is not dispatched within the advertised time, we will refund the Premium dispatch service charge. We reserve the right to review any order and refuse a premium dispatch service should it not be possible for us to fulfill. In those instances a refund of the €7.50 + VAT service charge will be issued. Please note that we do not dispatch/ deliver orders during weekends and bank holidays. Please note that this option gives you a same day dispatch, which means the order will leave our warehouse on the day it is placed and it will be put on a delivery service.  Please note that a delivery time is not guaranteed and although most orders do arrive with our customers from 2-6 working days delivery (except for pallet deliveries),  Ancient Wisdom s.r.o. cannot be responsible for courier delays.

Glass and Ceramics Insurance

Ancient Wisdom s.r.o. offers glass and ceramics insurance at a price of €2.75 + VAT per order. The option is available to purchase in your shopping cart each time you place and order with us. We offer this as a type of gap insurance for your glass and ceramic goods as the courier companies do not offer any cover for glass or ceramic items damaged in transit. Usually, should anything get damaged in transit, we offer a credit or a refund for the damaged items.  With the Glass and Ceramics option we can also offer a replacement of the damaged items for you on a next possible delivery day.  Simply report the damage to us via chat/phone or email before 12 noon (Monday – Friday); we will request some photos to be sent to us and send your replacement on its way the same day. If the damage is reported later in the day or on a weekend or a bank holiday we will issue the replacement the next working day. Please always make sure to request a replacement if you wish to take advantage of this cover;  alternatively we will issue a credit or a refund.
