How do our volume discounts work?

We offer volume discounts on selected products. If you order larger quantities of products within the same product group (known as "product families"), you will automatically receive a discount. For example, if you order 10 or more products from a group, such as essential oils, you will get a 5% discount. The discount is automatically deducted in your basket.

These discounts are simple and automatic – no extra steps are required, and the discount is visible as soon as you add the products to your basket.

What happens if I don't reach the minimum quantity for a discount?

If you want to top up your stock but the quantity you order isn't enough for a volume discount, our "Gold Reward" loyalty programme comes to the rescue! As a Gold Reward member, you can enjoy favourable terms even on smaller orders, making your purchases even more profitable.
