Vitamin E refers to tocopherols and tocotrienols which are soluble in fat. Vitamin E can be found in many different types of oil but mostly notably in Wheatgerm Oil.

As Vitamin E Oil  is a natural anti-oxidant, it is said to be great at preventing damage to the skin and is also a great moisturiser. It's believed to help with anti ageing and and reducing minor scars such as acne and stretch marks.
