This oil is characterised by a high 60% concentration of carvone, the natural compound responsible for Spearmint’s distinctive, refreshing aroma. The remaining 40% comprises other naturally occurring constituents of the plant.

Spearmint Essential Oil is a versatile oil with a long history of use for soothing a variety of ailments, including skin conditions, headaches, nausea, vomiting, respiratory problems, and common cold symptoms.

In aromatherapy, it is valued for its ability to relieve nasal congestion caused by excessive mucus and phlegm, promoting easier breathing.
